Hello Roasters, I just purchased a 2006 Dietrich IR12, it has an internal chaff collection system that was used without a external chaff collector and exhausted straight to a 12+ foot vertical stack. The stack once disassembled had almost no chaff in it after years of heavy roasting. So do I...
