    Seasonal coffee trends...

    This is our first winter as drive thru owners. I've heard that business tends to decrease during the holidays and winter months?? Is this something we should planning for???? Is there a "season" to this business or is it really "a day by day thing." Thanks in advance for any info!!!

    We officially had our first day on Monday...a drive through shop located on a well traveled highway (7000 people a day) in rural eastern washington. We feel good about our $100 first day...$130 second day and $150 third day and are wondering if anyone can give feedback. We are getting good...

    We are in the final stages of approval from our city and one of the questions they want us to answer is: Describe where the domestic water to be used for production and cleaning will originate from off site? Where does everyone get their water???

    Drive-Thru Coffee Stand Interior Layout

    Does anyone know where I could get some information on the "right" way to design the interior of our coffee stand...Where to put the fridge, the machine, etc. I know a lot of it is personal preference but I need somthing to get started with. Thanks!
