im in the market for a mixer. we blend 15-30 lbs of beans for our blend. how much will this hold for blending?

hey yall, what are yall using to store your roasted coffee in (bulk 30+lbs). i have been using the Lavex 10 gal bins. but over the last year and a half, the bottom inside is delaminating leaving plastic film chips. looking to change to a different storage bin.
