Is anyone using levelers instead of tampers for espresso. Saw them on a few websites and was wondering the pros and cons on them. Thanks in advance.

Is there a decaf coffee process better for you than another. In another words, when that is not loaded with chemicals and harmful to your body?? If so, where can I purchase a quality decaf espresso bean?? Greg

On my Rancilio Silvia with the Baratza Vario I am getting wet pucks and cannot see to get the timing right. I either get the mouse tail, but it takes too long or it comes out too fast. I know I need to work on my tamping technique but any help would be appreciated. Greg
